egg kurma

INGREDIENTS

egg -4

coconut -4 table spoon

saunf -1 tea spoon

garlic -1 clove

green chilli 1

PROCEDURE

Boil eggs in a pressure cooker.(give one whistle or 2)

grind coconut sanf and garlic to a paste

heat oil in a kadai.splutter mustard.add the paste,curry leaves.let it boil.now add eggs and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
