INGREDIENTS
pr.cook rice with salt.heat oil in a kadai splutter mustard,urad dal , curry leaves dry chilly ,peanuts.fry well.add scrapped mango mix well.then add cooked rice and turmeric powder.close with alid and keep it for 15 minutes.
