DAL METHI
tur dal -half a measure
methi leaves-1 bunch clened and cut in to small pieces
coconut - 2table spoon
jeera -half tea spoon
garlic -1 clove
turmeric powder -1 pinch
FOR TEMPERING
mustard
dry chilli
curry leaves
PROCEDURE
cook tur dal with turmeric and salt.make paste of coconut, chilli ,jeera and garlic.now add the paste and methi leaves to dal .allow it to boil.then let it simmer for 5 minutes.temper with mustard dry chilli and curry leaves.
