PANEER MUTTER MASALA


INGREDIENTS

Paneer -100g

onion -3medium size

ginger -2''piece

green chilly-2(as per your choice)

tomato -2

green peas-100g

turmeric powder

jeera (roasted)powder-a pinch

PROCEDURE

Grind onion ginger and green chilly to a paste.

make tomato puree and keep aside.

heat oil ina kadai and add onion ginger chilly paste.saute it very well.then add tomato puree .fry it till the oil seperates out.now add turmeric ,salt,jeera powder.fry for some more time.then add water to make required consistency.add peas and allow it to cook well .then add paneer.let it simmer for 10 minutes.
